Indoor Swimming pool
Take special note of the following:

Swimming pools are used at your own risk and there are no lifeguards on duty.
Do not dive into the pool.
Check which end is shallow and which end is deep.
Check the location of life belts and other buoyancy equipment and read the instructions on how to use them.
Do not swim or go into the pool under the influence of alcohol or immediately after eating a meal.
Do not take breakable glasses or other utensils into the pool.
Always supervise children or anyone who may be at risk.

If you have any concerns about the safety of your property, whether it is the garden, the equipment or the facilities, then please contact the key holder immediately.

Sauna
The Sauna is used at your own risk. Full instruction are provided, Children under 16 are not permitted use of the sauna. Always read the safety instructions provided.

Other activity equipment
It is your responsibility to (1) ensure that you are familiar with the operation of the equipment, (2) satisfy yourself that the equipment is safe to use, (3) to use the equipment responsibly, and (4) to supervise children using the equipment at all times.

Insurance
All bookings are subject to insurance, the person or persons making the booking must have travel insurance otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Payment
The contract, ('the Contract') between you the person named on the Booking Form and us, Wolborough House, shall be governed by these conditions. Any booking must be on our Booking Form and sent to us with a deposit of 20 % of the total price of the holiday, (or such other amount as may be agreed). Upon receipt of the Booking Form and receipt of the deposit into our account the Contract shall come into existence provided that until such time we shall have the unfettered right to refuse the booking whereupon we shall refund to you any deposit paid. Otherwise the deposit shall be non-refundable. The balance of the total price must be received by us not later than 8 weeks before the date of the holiday booking. Otherwise we shall immediately have the right to re-advertise and re-book the holiday.
